Two long-nurtured ideas have now materialized as published books! The first, The You-Song, is an inspiring, colorfully illustrated poem for pre-readers and beginning readers and the adults who love them.
The second book, Daughter of Jerusalem, is a fictional peek into the life of a Jewish family in first-century Jerusalem and the impact on the younger daughter, Mara, of a young rabbi named Yeshua–better known to us as Jesus. It was written for readers in the middle grades and for anyone who has ever wondered what it might have been like to meet Jesus face to face.
The above words about my books, though written over five years ago, are as true as ever. I’m grateful, however, that in 2018 my “babies” were handed over to a different publisher, LaShawn Dobbs of DiViNE Purpose Publishing, who is as determined as I am to see them bless a wider audience.
